I built this clock in 1995. The cat leaping over the moon is an image of my former partner's cat Mei-Mei. She was an unpredictable animal and it wouldn't surprise me if she had jumped over the moon. I created the font used in the lettering. I had intended to do the whole alphabet but never did...


This is one of my favorite creations. Being a retired but veteran dumpster diver I have some odds and ends taking up space. The mirror itself was one of those... it had no frame, it has chips, sections  of silvering missing and is 1/4" thick. Of course I had to have it. It hung around the shop for a while and eventually I built and painted this frame. I love the arrows and the aged look...

This is a box I made for Dawn a few years ago. It's made from Fiddle Back Maple, Birdseye Maple & Ebony. The lining is Wild Figured Redwood which has been book matched. The key is Brass and Fiddle back Maple.
